1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the KioTrade platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. The Service
KioTrade provides an educational service featuring a simulated trading environment where users can learn and demonstrate trading skills. The Service includes an evaluation program (the “Evaluation”) which, if passed, grants access to an advanced simulation account and eligibility for performance-based rewards.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.

4. Evaluation Fee
Access to the Evaluation requires a fee. This fee is for access to our educational platform and is non-refundable once you have commenced any trading activity.

5. Rules of Conduct
You agree not to:

• Use any automated trading software (EAs, bots, HFT).
• Share your account credentials with any third party.
• Engage in any strategy that exploits platform inefficiencies rather than demonstrates genuine trading skill.
• Violate any of the published evaluation rules, such as the Maximum Overall Loss limit.

A violation of these rules will result in the immediate termination of your account without a refund.

6. Performance Rewards
Users who successfully pass the Evaluation may be eligible for performance-based rewards based on their subsequent performance in our advanced simulator. These rewards are prizes for demonstrating skill and are not to be considered an investment return, salary, or wage.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our Service is provided for educational purposes only. KioTrade is not liable for any decisions you make in any live trading accounts on other platforms.
