The fee paid for the KioTrade evaluation is generally non-refundable.
Reasoning:
Upon payment, you receive immediate and full access to our proprietary educational platform, trading simulator, and evaluation environment. As this is a digital service delivered instantly, we cannot issue refunds once the service has been accessed or used.
No Refunds for Failure:
Failing to meet the performance targets or violating any trading rule during the evaluation does not make you eligible for a refund. The fee covers the access and opportunity to participate, not a guaranteed outcome.
